Urge Legislators to Support Payment Parity in Telehealth
While the final budget agreement for FY 2022 included several new policies to help expand Telehealth insurance coverage for patients, it did not include payment parity for care delivered by physicians using Telehealth. MSSNY urges all members to contact their state Assemblymember, and Senator, and ask them to please support passage of S.5505/A.6256 by the end of the legislative session, which will provide fair payments to physicians for services provided to patients, virtually.
