Fellowship description: The fellowship will be balanced between sports, spine and occupational medicine. The successful candidate will be a PM&R trained physician interested in remaining on staff with Swedish Spine, Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine in the Seattle area after fellowship.

We are especially seeking a candidate with interests in leadership and clinical spine care (not primarily interventions).
Procedures taught: Spine interventions (lumbar, thoracic and cervical) under fluoroscopic guidance musculoskeletal ultrasound electrodiagnostic studies.
Sports coverage: University of Washington Lacrosse. Other coverage at various levels is currently in development.
Accreditation: We are in the process of applying for ACGME Sports Medicine accreditation but can not guarantee this will be approved at any certain time.

Duration of fellowship: 12 months
