Is botulinum toxin (e.g.., Botox, Dysport, Myobloc, Xeomin) injected for this?
Do you have an iPhone running iOS 10**?
Additional requirements: 1) Live in the United States, 2) are over the age of 18 years, and 3) can read and understand English

The goal of this research study is to better understand how spasticity and botulinum toxin injections impact the daily life of patients.
