Hands-on Workshop for 2nd and 3rd Year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residents

Target Audience and Educational Objectives:
The physicians of OSS Health are pleased to invite all PM&R second and third year residents to an educational program on our campus. Michael Furman, MD, MS will be hosting the event. The educational sessions will be presentations and small group sessions allowing for individual hands-‐on experience on the following:
- Interlaminar Epidural Procedures
- Lumbosacral Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections
- Lumbosacral Facet Diagnostic Procedures
- Ultrasound of the Hip and Shoulder
- Advanced Ultrasound/Tenex
- Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound Basics and Pearls
Format:
Hands-on MSK Ultrasound and Fluoroscopic Spine procedure workshops.
Lecure presentation will be included following:
- “How to get into a fellofowship program” and “Basic and Advanced Fluorscopy and Ultrasound Techniques”
