This study is investigating the effectiveness of autologous platelet-rich plasma for sacroiliac joint pain. For this double-blind study, subjects will be randomized to receive either a platelet-rich plasma or steroid injection. Subjects will complete 1 study visit and 3 follow-up phone calls over a 6 month period. Potential subjects must be between 18-80 years old, have unilateral sacroiliac joint pain that has not improved with at least 4 weeks of physical therapy, have no midline pain above L3, and have no history of lumbar spine surgery.
